Responsibilities: 

• Maintain customer relationships through friendly and efficient communication 

• Scheduling and dispatching technicians to job sites 

• Ordering equipment 

• Complete and follow up on work orders 

• Answering phones 

• Responding to emails 

• Community programming 

• Creating bids 

• Administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, documenting technician’s notes and filing 


Required Skills: 

• Must have a natural follow-up and follow-through personality 

• Enjoy speaking to customers by phone 

• Great communication skills
