International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient; we cannot control or predict these charges. Since custom’s policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your customs office for further information.

Back-Ordered Items

If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer’s order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Many backordered items are restocked within 3 – 10 days. Once restocked, your order will be shipped to you via Ground Delivery at no additional charge.

For international orders, we require that all items of an order be in stock before shipping. If one or more items are in backordered status, shipping will be put on hold until all items are available for one shipment. If you would prefer to split the shipments, please email and request partial shipping and we will process the products that are in stock and ship the backordered items separately when it becomes available. Shipping charges will apply for each shipment.

Special Order Items

Specially-ordered items are not stocked in our warehouse but can usually be shipped within 3 Days. Special-ordered products cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, nor are they refundable.

All returns are subject to the following terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions:

  • All returns must be made within 15 days from the date merchandise was delivered.
  • Returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted.
  • Products returned using an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number in the first 15 days after delivery will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Opened packagesare subject to inspection to determine if credit can be offered and an amount of credit issued for accepted returns will be based upon item and packaging condition. Deductions will be applied if the original manufacturer’s packaging material and/or items are missing, marked up, and/or damaged. This includes, but is not limited to, manuals, warranty papers, screws and other accessories. If the original equipment programming has been modified, registered, or activated, additional deductions will apply. Returned purchases which are determined to not be re-sellable will not be eligible for a credit and will be returned back at customer expense. All decisions are at our sole discretion.
  • All items must be returned in a shipping carton or postal-bag not just the manufacturers packaging.
  • Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outer box to ensure a smooth return.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that those items be returned via insured ground service with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
  • We are not responsible for personal data, or items left in returned merchandise so please check your equipment carefully before returning.
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged.
  • We are not responsible for any damage resulting from the sale, installation or misuse of any products purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • We do not accept the return of transformers and batteries, excepting in cases where they arrive damaged.
  • Shipments that are refused will incur return shipping cost and those costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. All claims must be made with the carrier.
Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

Missing Items
